Product description

The Oneway Grind 'n Hone Jig is an excellent component of the Oneway Wolverine line of grinding products simplifying the sharpening of woodworker's flat tools such as plane irons and bench chisels.

Based on user feedback over a period of field application and testing, the Oneway Grind 'n Hone jig has been re-designed with several major improvements. Woodworkers can enjoy simple, accurate grinding and honing. Your chisels and plane blades will have the sharpest, most uniform edges you've ever had the pleasure to work with, achieved in mere minutes!

The two major improvements to this popular jig include self-centring jaw grips and an added engraved scale for angle repeatability. Other improvements such as a beefier arm, a wider U-bracket allowing you to sharpen wider tools, and a smoother roller system all make this jig even easier and more satisfying to use.

Whilst the jig works with your bench grinder to give fast, accurate grinding of the primary bevels of your tools, it also has the unique facility of being removable from the jig base and, without altering the settings, used to create the fine secondary bevel on your tools using a bench stone: how about that for efficiency and versatility?

This package includes the Grind and Hone jig only (no base) and is designed to be used in conjunction with an existing Oneway Wolverine sharpening jig installation. The Grind and Hone Jig is also available complete with a base under Ref. 3859.
